Inclusive Diversity and Belonging at Everon

Diversity Mentorship Academy

The Diversity Mentorship Academy focuses on matching Everon employees (mentees) who are seeking professional and personal development guidance with a volunteer network of established Everon leaders (mentors). Through regular engagement and 1:1 meetings, the mission of the Everon DMA is to help build a network for established and emerging professionals.

Through this program, we intend to continue to foster a culture of collaboration focused on career growth, provide opportunities for the development of diverse individuals across our organization, and see the great impact you will drive in developing others.

"I’m grateful for the DMA. I believe that the relationship that I developed with my mentor has proven to be valuable as I continue to navigate the organization. Even post-graduation, I trust that I can rely on my mentor when I need clarity regarding professional challenges."

"Celebrating diversity and having a robust D&I initiative in place is essential to Everon’s success. It fosters an inclusive and positive workplace culture. To me it is important that the company recognizes the unique experiences and perspectives of each individual from diverse backgrounds, and in turn it enhances my sense of belonging."

"The diversity mentoring program has been valuable for both me and my mentees, who were motivated and goal-driven Installers. Their openness to setting and achieving S.M.A.R.T. goals was inspiring and contributed to their success. This experience also motivated me to set new goals and improve myself, demonstrating that the mentor-mentee relationship can be mutually beneficial."

“When programs such as [the DMA] are offered, I show my team and my leadership that I am all in, and that our cultural markers of collaboration and accountability specifically are important.”

"At first, I struggled with the mentorship program because I didn’t fully know what I wanted out of it. My mentor powered through all of my thoughts and helped me narrow down what I needed and how he could assist me. Even though the program was officially over, I feel like my mentor helped me the most after that, and I truly appreciate his willingness to stay in touch years after the end of the program."

Be the Difference Program

At Everon, we strongly believe in the importance of giving back to the communities we serve and uplifting underrepresented groups within them. Through our Be the Difference program, we dedicate time for our employees to volunteer and create impact both in their local communities and across the nation.

Heritage and Awareness Months

Everon proudly celebrates Heritage and Awareness Months with events and custom t-shirts, where a percentage of proceeds go to charities supporting those groups. Throughout the year, our commitment remains strong in educating others about the history of diverse groups, cultures, and traditions. We strive to amplify marginalized voices and create a safe space where everyone can share their ideas and perspectives freely.

Every March during Women’s History Month, the Everon Women’s Leadership Team hosts a panel discussion amongst Everon women leaders and allies to share insight on the experiences of our women and diverse employees, their journey to success, and how to extend a hand to others in supporting personal and professional growth. Throughout the year, Women’s Leadership hosts virtual events to continue the conversation about gender equality in the workplace and encourages and lifts voices from all backgrounds.
