This integration is designed to leverage existing infrastructure while enhancing the environment by adding additional emergency devices as needed.

Everon can send audio and video alerts to groups of IP phones. You can send an alert through the user interface or by picking up a phone, dialing the designated extension, and speaking—or you can send a pre-recorded emergency message programmed on a hotkey.

Everon can send alerts to digital signage displays to supplement other types of alerts. It’s also a great way to make alerts accessible for people who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Everon can send alerts to groups of police/security radios when you need to notify law enforcement or security officers of an emergency in your organization. Alerts are delivered as one-way audio broadcasts.

Everon can leverage Zoom, WebEx, or Microsoft Teams to trigger InformaCast messages by typing in certain commands. You can also tie-in with these platforms to bring together key stakeholders in a shared space to manage crisis situations.

During an emergency, mobile notifications can request a response to see who is safe, who needs help, and who is able to assist. In non-emergency situations, this function can help fill shifts or alert supervisors that a factory line has stopped. Senders can see that response and follow-up with real-time notifications using the mobile app.

Everon can send text and audio alerts to computer workstations. The alerts appear in a pop-up window that you can customize with your company’s logo and colors. InformaCast also provides an option for people to respond.

Though integration, Everon can utilize any brand of voice evacuation fire alarm system speakers to broadcast emergency mass notification messages. It can also work the other way around, with a fire alarm event triggering all visible signals, text, graphics, and any other existing customer infrastructure.
